Lasia 1.0 roll-to-roll
The Lasia 1.0 roll-to-roll is optimally designed for the automated stripping of enameled fine wires. The use of a dual UV laser system, in which laser beams hit the wire from two sides, ensures complete stripping of the wire around the entire circumference.
Automation with roll-to-roll system
The wire is unwound from an input spool and processed according to customer specifications using the precise laser system. After the stripping process, the wire is rewound onto an empty spool. An electromagnetic tension controller maintains consistent tension throughout the process, enhancing the quality of the strip and preventing wire breakage.
Significant additional benefit
The additional option to create a predetermined breaking point using the laser eliminates the need for further cutting processes. The laser stripped wire pieces can be easily separated by hand, offering numerous advantages in handling and storage.
Inline quality inspection
For initial quality assurance, the Lasia 1.0 includes an integrated microscope camera. This allows for immediate and detailed inspection of the laser stripped sections, ensuring each batch meets stringent quality standards.
Fume extraction
The machine is equipped with an advanced extraction system that filters out harmful substances produced during the stripping process. It employs HEPA and chemical filters to ensure a safe operating environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
